Reservations
• The sauna and hot tub are available by prior reservation only
• Reservations should be made by phone using the number provided in our guides or below, preferably at least one day in advance
• In case of late arrival, the reservation time will not be extended
• We kindly ask to be informed in advance about any cancellations or changes
Comfort
To ensure a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask you to:
• Maintain silence and keep mobile phones on silent mode
• Respect the privacy of other Guests
Hygiene
• A shower is required before using the sauna and hot tub
• In the sauna, a towel must be used under the entire body
Health
• Please consider any individual health contraindications; in case of discomfort, use of the SPA should be discontinued for your safety
• Children may use the SPA area only under adult supervision
Not permitted in the SPA area:
• Consumption of alcohol and smoking
• Bringing in food and beverages
• Bringing animals
